I’m a freelance writer living in San Francisco. I grew up in Sonoma, graduated from UC Berkeley, and have spent most of my life in the Bay Area—with stopovers in Sydney, Boston, and Telluride.
I was a travel writer and regular contributor to Sunset, VIA, and Actually People magazines before taking on a series of contract roles at Airbnb, where I wrote and collaborated on content strategy across multiple teams and products. Now I’m working independently as a writer and storyteller for creative small businesses.
I help people see their own stories. I’m good at asking questions, having circuitous conversations, finding a through-line, and quoting people verbatim.
